My husband and I had a good feeling about Alan from Outdoor Aussie Blinds from the moment we met him when he came to our place to provide a measure and quote for some outdoor blinds to protect our alfresco area and front verandah. My initial experience during the consulting stage with Alan was nothing but informative and genuine. He went through the benefits of the product, services he offered and how the screens would finish as. At no point did I doubt Alan's service as his personality was very professional. Alan gave me fair amount of notice for installation day. Installation morning came around, I was expecting a 3hr job but it was completed in 1.5hrs. Alan and his team immediately went straight into work and left the site in a clean and professoinal manner upon completion.
